Plot: LEUNG and SHUN visit Ng’s Minister of External Affairs at Chaisang asking to make an appointment with SUEN KUEN, but are given the cold shoulder in the end. LEUNG suggests KEI hold a 100-day memorial service for the late LAU BIU
