Plot: As Droop-a-Long practices catching bad guys, Half-Pint Pinto decides after seeing a sign for the circus, he's determined to steal an elephant. When the circus promoter calls about his stolen elephant, Ricochet and Droop-a-Long begin their chase, to bring the elephant back and the outlaw to justice
