Plot: Wally flees the zoo by using a inner-tube and his getaway in a baby carriage and rides off to a space shuttle where he gets blasted off in a rocket to a strange planet where two martians volunteer him to test their new experimental rocket and meets their leader who looks just like Wally himself.
