Plot: Bo and Luke happen upon Henry Flatt, a supposedly dead con man, who had swindled Boss out of $20,000 several years earlier. When they learn of Boss' plans to build a public road and housing development, they must do everything they can to save the cemetery, not only for the sake of war veterans but to keep Flatt's secret from being exposed
