Plot: Everyone is preparing for the Munchkin Dance Contest, with Rusty tap-dancing and Dandy doing ballet, that is, except for Socrates Strawman, who can't dance. So Dorothy uses a fan to make the light-as-straw scarecrow dance around in the wind!
