Plot: KAN KIT sends several emails to HAK-KAN, but HAK-KAN doesn't reply to her at all, making KAN KIT feel enormously overwhelmed. SHING-HONG reprimands HAK-KAN, who instead gives SHING-HONG his email account password, authorising SHING-HONG to deal with the matter on behalf of him
