Plot: It's time for Otis's birthday party at Buffalo Buck's Kiddie Corral, but it's less than the perfect party that his parents had planned. Carl and Pam break up, so they try to one-up each other by arriving at the party with dates (hers being Tennessee Titans running back Eddie George)
