Plot: A nighttime rescue in a deserted building in downtown Los Angeles goes horribly wrong when Sebastian is not able to hear Shorty's shouts for assistance; Shorty and his team go to great lengths to fulfill a young Make-A-Wish Foundation recipient's wish.
