Plot: Mayor Jeff asks his friend, Woodrow Woodchuck, to build a 12-inch tall statue of Lake Hoohaw founder, Captain Gazpacho (in honor of Founder's Day). But due to a slight mix-up, Chuck mistakenly builds a 20-foot-tall statue, instead! Now, the big question is, "How will they get the massive thing all the way down the river, to Lake Hoohaw?"
