Plot: It is examined to what extent consumers' perception of the concept of fresh is in accordance with the way in which the concept is used (appropriately and inappropriately). The reporters are followed on visits to Wageningen University, various fishmongers, the editors of Van Dale's dictionaries, the office of the Consumers' Association and the production department of the Friesche Vlag dairy factory
