Plot: Soon-jae receives a suspicious letter with his clinic’s 40th anniversary ceremony just around the corner. The letter turns out to be from an angry patient who claims that his or her mouth has been disfigured because of Soon-jae, and threatens that he or she will throw eggs at the ceremony
