Plot: Kogoro takes Ran Mori and Conan to an onsen in a rental car after being given a special deal. Kogoro then receives a call from Inspector Megure who reveals that a bomber called the police station to tell them a bomb was placed on Kogoro 's car and will detonate when his speed goes below twenty km/h
