Plot: With Martin & Margaret and Teresa & Katie gone the day starts with 4 empty spare seats to be occupied. The remaining tourists round off the week in Riga, Latvia, where they are let loose on a summer bobsleigh track, before sampling some of the finest local caviar - which isn't to everyone's tastes
