Plot: After being hit by a nasty slap shot Frank develops a bad case of amnesia and disappears to parts unknown. Frank is the only one who knows the combination to unlock the town's vaulted beer supply, and unless Dale can get Frank back with his memories intact there could be rioting in the streets of Chilly Beach
