Plot: After a small plane crashes at a Miami beach and the pilot dies, Horatio finds remnants at the crash site of chemical used in making cocaine, and it seems that the victim's business partner may have sabotaged the aircraft. However, when evidence suggests that the pilot may have died before the crash, the team investigates the victim's neighbors – all wealthy residents of a secluded cul-de-sac where lust, jealousy and greed are dangerous motives for murder
