Plot: Claudia Winkleman presents week four of the home cooking contest and the first challenge awaiting the seven remaining contestants is to put their individual spin on a traditional roast dinner, which must include at least two vegetable accompaniments. Next they are given just one hour to invent a sweet or savoury meal using cauliflower or crab as the key ingredient - pushing some of the hopefuls out of their comfort zone - before the elimination round sees the weakest cooks following a dessert recipe to the letter
