Plot: After Aziz pulls a fast one on Pierre by marrying Efnan without his knowledge, Efnan and Aziz immediately start wedding preparations. As each day passes Adem continues to worsen and continues to lose control of himself, while at the same time he is also turning Dilruba's life upside down
