While LAI-CHING and PUI-YEE keep reminding the diabetic patients to return to the hospital for follow-ups, KI LOK, who tries to persuade a grandma to send her son with learning disabilities to the sheltered workshop, specifically asks KO FAN to make a video of it, yet KO FAN completely forgets about it
