Plot: A documentary drama based on the personal archive of Ekaterina Alekseevna Furtseva (in 1960-74 — Minister of Culture of the USSR), recently opened materials of party archives, rare film footage and chronicle, which gives a sense of the rise of our art and culture in a period that is commonly called stagnation.
