Plot: Toto becomes enraptured with the bloomer dress, and determines to marry a girl wearing the sensible costume. His investigations result in hilarious scenes, ending with a sound thrashing at the hands of a bearded Turk carrying a sunshade, whom Toto mistakes for his ideal, wearing baggy, silken trousers
