Plot: An exploration of the entanglements and overlaps of historical events, past present and future, in the Atacama Desert, in Chile. Told from the perspective of the wind the film takes us on a visual journey, moving freely through the many sites and histories of the Atacama, from some of the largest lithium mines in the world, to prehistoric stone drawings; hovering above the remnants of colonial labour camps later reactivated under Pinochet’s regime, and slipping in the international observatory of the ALMA large array facility
