Plot: Apo, a directionless skateboarder with dreams of going pro, finds himself trapped in a shopping mall when entitled customers consuming "Ratartarre" (a rat poison marketed as a COVID cure) transform into ravenous "brain dead" zombies sporting Karen haircuts.
