Bio: BALZ RAZ, born September 11, 1943 in Basel, Structural draftsman, lighting technician at the Stadttheater Basel, studied at the German Film and Television Academy in Berlin (1967-1970), scripts, night work at the post office, Collaboration on various films, including "TransAtlantique" by Hans-Ulrich Schlumpf, since 1972 Super 8 film diary (meanwhile approx. 24 hours of film material), own films, since 1976 single sets, postcards, since 1982 exhibitions with pictures and objects in Basel and surroundings, 1984/85 anthroposophical study year, co-founder of the "Edition 350" (so far 18 titles, among others by Peter Handke and Antonio Porchia), three books of short stories, readings in Switzerland and abroad, various articles for the Basler Magazin about architecture and photography, many book and exhibition reviews for different reviews for various newspapers, lives in Basel
